I'm new to the MirrorShop. How does this work?
Welcome! MirrorShop is a unique place where you can create your own custom mirrors online.
- • Choose from our Featured Mirrors for quick and easy ordering.
- • Or, create your own Custom-Made mirror! Choose beveled or non-beveled glass, select an exact size to fit your space and then explore hundreds of frame options.
To save your favorite mirrors and view them side-by-side, click on the green "+," "Add To Gallery" sign in the upper left corner of your Custom-Made mirror screen.
How long will it take for my mirror to arrive?
Flat, non-beveled mirrors will only take 4 to 7 business days to arrive from the date the order is placed.
Custom-cut beveled mirrors need more attention and detailing. They can take up to four weeks to arrive.
How much will my mirror cost?
At pictureframes.com, you always pay the wholesale price or less because we are the manufacturer! When you create your mirror in the interactive MirrorShop, the total cost is updated with every change you make. You can also use this chart below to determine the price of your mirror before the frame is added:

How large can I create my mirror?
Because mirrors can be very heavy, our maximum size for regular shipping is 24" x 36". Mirrors with dimensions over 24" x 30" may be subject to a premium shipping charge. If you would like to order a mirror that is over our maximum shipping dimensions, call or email our Customer Service team. They will give you an individual quote and help you place your order.
What's a bevel?
In Mirror Shop, a bevel is the decorative cut on the edge of your mirror. Notice how the surface is slightly slanted downward along the sides. If you want to add style with a bevel cut, please understand that your mirror will take longer to arrive than a flat mirror and a small beveling fee will be applied.

Can I buy a mirror without a frame?
We only sell mirrors complete with framing because unframed glass mirrors are too fragile for shipping without the extra support of moulding.
Can I buy a frame for a mirror I already have?
Yes you can! Because you only need the moulding and not the glass mirror, you will need to order the frame from Personal Frame Shop or the individual product page. You can still have fun designing your mirror in MirrorShop!
We glue our mirrors into the frame for maximum support, attach a dust cover for protection and add screw D-rings to the back of the frame. Regular hanging hardware will not be strong enough for a heavy mirror, so please follow these instructions:
- • Contact Customer Service, explain that you are framing a mirror at home and ask for large hanging hardware (D-rings) to be included with your frame order for a small fee.
- • When your frame arrives, hot glue the mirror into the frame so that it is secure.
- • Carefully screw the D-rings into your frame.
- • Hang your framed mirror by the D-rings directly onto two picture hangers attached to the wall.
What is the best way to hang my mirror?
Large mirrors can be heavier than your average wall art, so you'll want to distribute the weight. Do not use hanging wire. Instead, your mirror from us will come with two D-rings attached to the back. Hang your mirror by these D-rings directly onto two picture hangers attached to the wall. Make sure you use picture hangers made for (rated for) hanging heavy items. We recommend 100 lb weight hangers.
Can I get frame sample for my mirror before I buy?
Yes! You can order free samples from individual product pages.
- • Find a frame you like in MirrorShop, write down the item number and return to the pictureframes.com home page.
- • Enter your frame item number into the "Product Search" and click "Go."
- • From the list provided, choose the correct product page. From there, click "Order Now."
- • Now you can order your free frame sample.
You can also buy complete collection corner sets.

Can I send a mirror as a gift?
Yes you can! During checkout, you can choose to "Send as a Gift" when entering in your address information. You can even include a card with a personal message. There is no extra cost to send as a gift.
