This means that all the final data that went into creating your edition (the digital file that we received or created from your work along with any color-correcting information, ink saturation, the size of your prints, the substrate you chose, etc.) is saved on a CD or DVD (depending on the size) and stored in our CD vault. This ensures that whether you’ve ordered a limited or open edition, we can ensure that all future reprints will maintain their beauty and consistency.

Editions archiving of prints is another service we’ve recently made available to our Editions Clients, having completed construction of an impeccable storage space. Our facility is secured with carefully managed building access and closed circuit observation equipment, so your artwork is safe with us.
Designed to maintain the integrity of your prints and make life easier for you, storing your work with us is a wonderful option when:
- You have limited storage space of your own, for your work
- You plan on having your work matted and framed by us
- You plan to take advantage of our order fulfillment services, having us ship your professionally finished work directly to clients, as you receive orders
Currently, editions archiving is complimentary for those who are doing their printing with us. For other clients, there will be a small fee, which will vary based on the scope of the necessary storage. Your Editions Consultant will be able to answer any questions you might have about this service.

Our order fulfillment services take advantage of our 40 years in business, as a direct marketing company. We have decades of expertise in packaging and shipping artwork and picture framing materials, and have made our skills available to our visual arts clients who would rather spend their time creating, than doing it themselves, or feeling like they need to worry about someone else doing it for them, who might not have the breadth of our experience. And, our order fulfillment services include anything from shipping out professionally finished works of art (work that’s been matted and/or framed), one at a time, as you receive orders… to sending your work, in large quantity, to a gallery, representative, or other outlet where your work is being sold… to anything in-between.

 So, if there is any item you’d like us to use in the process of creating or professionally finishing your edition, we’ll happily look into acquiring it for you, whether it’s a printing surface that isn’t one of the ones we currently offer, or any other finishing material (rag mats in unusual colors, hinges, fillets, v-grooves, etc.).
Costs for these items will vary, depending on your exact request and their cost to us, and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
