Production Process

Once you’ve signed and validated your final proof, and returned it to us, you’ll access your image gallery and then place your order for an edition of 5 or more prints. *

Our Sr. Editions Consultant, Jane Rhem, or one of her Editions Team Members will keep in touch with you, throughout the process, so you’ll always know your edition’s status.  Of course, if you have any questions along the way, Jane and her Team will be happy to field them.

*How to Access Your Image Gallery:

If you placed your proof order online, by uploading a digital image of your work -

  • Log in to pictureframes.com by clicking on “My Account” in the upper-right hand corner of the page.
  • Click on “My Gallery” in the same upper-right hand area where you accessed your account.
  • Your proof imagery will be there and ready to order as an edition.

If you sent in a CD, transparency, or original work of art -

  • Our Sr. Editions Consultant, Jane Rhem, will have created a login and password on your behalf.
  • Contact Jane at gicleeprints@pictureframes.com, or 877-70-FRAME for your login and password.
  • Visit pictureframes.com, click on “My Account” in the upper-right hand corner of the page, and login to your account (you can change your password, once you’ve logged in for the first time).
  • Once logged in, click on “My Gallery” in the same upper-right hand area where you accessed your account.
  • Your proof imagery will be there and ready to order as an edition.
