Senior Customer Care Advisor

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general assistance with online customers in regards to product and service offerings
  • Accurately enter phone, email, fax and snail mail orders into our system
  • Handle complaints in a courteous and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information to clients regarding products, procedures, shipping, service, etc
  • Follow correct procedures and use appropriate system codes when dealing with returns, refunds and all other service issues
  • Escalate inquiries, as appropriate, if you are unable to provide assistance
  • Complete special projects and miscellaneous duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Passion to communicate effectively with customers on the phone to obtain and share the necessary information to ensure error-free orders and client records
