New President and CEO at Graphik Dimensions Ltd./pictureframes.com Accelerates Growth
High Point, NC, April 10, 2006 – Graphik Dimensions Ltd., the parent company of pictureframes.com, announces the promotion of Lauri Feinsod to President and CEO.
"We've barely scratched the surface of our potential – 40 years of demonstrated success across various markets and customer types are enabling us to quickly move from a largely productdriven catalog company to a more dynamic multi-channel product and service provider," said an enthusiastic Feinsod.
In her role as Executive Vice President for the past eighteen months, Feinsod's strategic vision has re-positioned Graphik Dimensions for exponential growth. She has led the creation of an inhouse Web Development division to support pictureframes.com, as well as the many third-party business relationships that benefit from the array of premium services that have marked the company's success for decades – printing, framing, fulfillment and now interactive web services. Similarly, Feinsod has created a new and devoted Account Management division to ensure continued responsiveness across these relationships. Acknowledging the community which has supported Graphik Dimensions from the beginning, products and services for artists and photographers have likewise been expanded to facilitate full-service solutions via a world-class team of giclee editions specialists and more. All these advancements have resulted in record web sales.
Looking inward, Jeff McCurdy, Human Resources Director, has been impressed with the results of Feinsod's administration and direction. With an eye towards reinvesting in the company's existing strengths, she has begun onsite employee training programs and employee-led committees that model stewardship throughout the organization. "Lauri has a way of eliminating every obstacle for the people who work with and for her," says McCurdy.
In addition to multiple tenures facilitating growth at Graphik Dimensions, Lauri Feinsod brings nearly two decades of expertise in new business development consulting and creative leadership coaching. These skills will prove invaluable to the future performance of the company.
