For just $99.95/year, you'll get everything: confidential fulfillment, the right to use images generated on pictureframes.com on your own website (or other materials) and an extra 5% off everything you buy on pictureframes.com.

Can I talk to someone in person about this program?

Yes! Sign up for one of our regular Telephone Bridgeline Events, where you'll join others in a live phone forum to talk to our experts. You'll get answers to all your questions, and maybe some questions you haven't thought of yet.

What images do I get to use on my site?

Once you sign up, you have permission to copy and use presentation preview and frame product images on your own website or other marketing materials. You'll find simple instructions for this and more in our User's Guide (this page is accessible once you sign up).

What can I sell via unbranded fulfillment?

You can sell:
• Ready-to-hang giclee reproductions of your work, so you can profit from your creations again and again. • Fine Art Giclee Editions
• Complete framing presentations for your originals, adding framing profits.

Please Note: Editions have a low minimum order of five prints. You can ship individual editions prints (framed or unframed) directly to customers, we offer an editions archiving service — we'll store your editions here and ship to customers for you on demand. Print & Frame products are "professionally finished" — what does that mean?

Print & Frame presentations come completely assembled and ready to hang, with components of superior quality:

• custom-cut mats (if selected)
• dust cover (not included with metal frames)

Can I include a message to my customer with my order?

Yes. If you want to include a message, choose "Send As A Gift" during the checkout process. You'll be prompted to enter the message you want to include. When you have a reseller account, your message will be printed on a special, unbranded "Thank You" card — with no mention of pictureframes.com.

What about frame, mat and paper samples?

You can use our various samples to put together a framing presentation with a client, but at this time our samples are not available in an unbranded version. We recommend that you do not ship them directly to a client if you want to protect your vendor confidentiality. However, you can ship them to yourself and remove any branding yourself, for face-to-face presentation consultations.

Can I resell other products?

You can resell anything you wish — however, 100% unbranded fulfillment is guaranteed only for Print & Frame products and framing presentations.

I'm already reselling your framing with my work; what's the advantage of a Reseller Account?

In response to your requests, this program is designed to give you the biggest boost for the smallest investment on your part. The most important element is unbranded fulfillment, which allows you to set your own markup on framing without your clients finding out your costs or going directly to pictureframes.com for their framing. We give you permission to use our images to so you can display your work — framed — on your website. And the extra 5% discount (on top of our already wholesale prices) will help you increase your profit even more!

Can I create custom presentations for my clients?

Whether you're selling originals or giclee reproductions, you can consult with your customers to create custom presentations just for them. Use Personal Frame Shop and Print & Frame to create preview images you can email (from your own email account — see below) to customers for their approval.

Please Note: Do not use the "Send to a Friend" feature in My Gallery, Print & Frame, and Personal Frame Shop to send images to your customers. This is a consumer feature, and is sent from a pictureframes.com address.

Can I see what my images will look like printed?

An approved proof is required for all Editions Orders, but Print & Frame does not require any proofs — just upload and order! Ordering an Editions proof shows you what your image will look like if you order it through Print & Frame.

Please Note: Prints naturally vary on different papers and at different sizes. All proofs and previews are meant to represent prints with the same variables.

Who handles Customer Service?

If your customer has a problem with something they ordered from you, you should call our customer service department, and describe the nature of the problem. Our customer service representatives will work with you to determine the best course of action. You'll handle all communications with your customer, to protect your vendor confidentiality!
