Please Note: In order to make sure you receive
your order in perfect condition, a lot of effort must go into custom packaging
and shipping. Our shipping rates include cost of parcel, custom packaging
materials, and extensive labor. We only wish that picture frames were
as easy to ship as software or books!
Next Day Shipping:
We guarantee most orders are shipped by the
next business day (excluding holidays). In the event
of an unexpected delay, you will be notified promptly.

Express Delivery:
No problem. We can express mail packages for either next day or next morning (by 12pm in most ZIP codes) delivery for orders received by 10 a.m. (EST). (NOTE: Saturday and next morning delivery is not available in all areas and is not available over holidays). Please note that every attempt is made to ship express orders the same day they are placed, but orders placed after 10am (EST) and/or requiring certain production processes may require an additional day. In the event of an unexpected delay, you will be notified promptly.

Our insurance guarantees you free and immediate
replacement of a package lost or damaged in transit without delay of a
