Customer Spotlight “I can not imagine not having my camera. I keep it with me all the time…” Who: Margaret I., Teacher, Photographer and Enthusiastic First-Time Customer. What inspires your photography? “I use my digital camera a lot for my work, having taken some good classes that gave me some ideas. I think digital cameras are a WONDERFUL addition to our lives!  I do not have a cell phone or any of those other gadgets that so many people have, but I can not imagine not having my camera. I keep it with me all the time as the Vineyard is one large photo op.” What kind of work do you do? “I have been a teacher for my whole life.  Currently, I teach in an alternative program that is within a larger regional high school... I have 20 students who for various reasons were not succeeding as well as they could have been.  We work in an old shed and I teach English, American Studies, Art and SAT preparation.” You just ordered from us for the very first time – what prompted you to seek us out? “I was learning a lot about my digital camera and had taken some picture that I really liked during a huge blizzard we had here.  Although I have a photo printer, I was not entirely happy with my framing options. They were very limited when it comes to the ready made ones and the custom made ones are very expensive. I Googled something like "photos frames" and your site was the first one I saw.” “I decided to inaugurate my relationship with your business by printing one picture out and having it framed so that I could see what the results were like. I chose a picture taken of my back yard in the evening, with beautiful golds and purples on the snow. I look out at that view all the time as it is right outside my kitchen window, and I just loved all of that beautiful snow.” What will be your next framing project with us? “I am not sure what the next one will be, but we do have a big family reunion early this summer and I can imagine having some things done then.  [And] for my 50th birthday, I am going to Thailand to volunteer in a school for the summer and will no doubt have some great photos to frame after that!” What was your favorite thing about shopping with us? “This looked and felt really easy for a first-time customer.  I was really impressed with all of it as I had never used any kind of similar service before, because I usually print my own prints and put them in frames that I buy at our local office supply store.” “Here are a couple of things that impressed me the most: I could pick out a picture in iPhoto and wow -- with a simple click, there it was on your site!  Then I could try out different ‘looks’ for my picture, including sizes, mats and frames. I got a glimpse of what it would look like. I did not have to mail you anything -- you guys had my picture and all of the information that I filled in about my framing needs, so the whole thing was totally simple.
