Metal frame
They sent the wrong mat but quickly corrected it. A little work to put it all together but end product is beautiful.

Nice Frame
I like the Fiesta frames a lot; they are simple, elegant and easy to put together. I have them in two or three colors, and the antique gold looks great with the two pictures I got it for.

My only issue, which wasn't really with the frame itself, was that, for some reason you sent all of the frames pre-assembled this time. That meant I had to take them apart and put them back together in order to remove the protective coating from the acrylic (and put in the picture). With most of the frames, this was only a minor nuisance. However, with one of the gold Fiesta frames, the screws were in so tight that I was unable to remove some of them with out stripping the slot. That meant that I couldn't simply remove one side of the frame so I could take out the acrylic, matte, and backing and then put them back in with the picture. I ended up having to work with two L-shaped pieces of frame. That was a nuisance, because the hangers for the picture wire kept falling off when I tried to reassemble the frame. More seriously, the awkwardness of putting the frame back together in that manner made it impossible to get one of the corners properly lined up (everything was cut correctly, it was just because of the odd way I had to assemble it) and I caught my hand on the sharp corner while trying to force it into shape.

I hope in future you send my frames disassembled. (Or if you must send them assembled, please don't tighten the screws quite so much!)

Response from pictureframes.com
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you had a bit of difficulty installing your artwork. We generally do not preassemble our metal frames, aside from our Metal Back Loader collection. We have notated your account to indicate that any other metal frames should be shipped unassembled in the future. Should you require any additional assistance, do not hesitate to contact us at 1.800.332.8884. We are available between 8a-7p eastern standard time Monday-Friday. As always, happy framing!

can I use this frame for a mirror in the bathroom?
Madri on Mar 15, 2019
BEST ANSWER: If the mirror is smaller than 40x40 I’d say sure, but I don’t know how the finish will hold up in a humid environment. If you are trying to cover a mirror already on the wall, then no, you would need a wood frame for that
