Love this frame
The frame is beautiful. It is a bit heavy but enhances the art. In this case, I had ordered a print from a photo of one of my paintings on high quality canvas. Unfortunately, the print is too blurry to give as a gift as intended; however, I don't know the reason for that. I will use this frame again.

The material was solid, and of high quality joining. I think that one should consider the weight of the wood, for larger pieces of art...If I was to duplicate my order, I might have chosen, less depth. But, the materials are very good.

Damaged during shipping and quickly replaced, packaging was good, shipping service ignored and disregarded fragile item. Boot print on cardboard just under fragile sticker. Item was quickly replaced at no charge to me.

BEST ANSWER: it is a shade of gold, a bit on the cooler side, like between silver and gold but more towards gold.
