Here is our up-to-the-minute status to keep you informed:

  • We are now shipping frame orders in 3-4 business days.
  • Care Team response may take up to 3 business days to reply to inquiries.
  • If your frame order contains a print, production timelines are slightly longer than the standard 4 business days.
  • Free mat samples are temporarily unavailable.
  • Canvas Clips are temporarily unavailable.
  • UPS is charging an extra carrier surcharge of $50 for large packages over 71” in outside dimension (width + height)
  • We are now providing essential products and services like acrylic safety shields and custom sign printing for CDC approved messaging.

Due to high volume in nationwide shipping, UPS is no longer able to guarantee time of day delivery through the holidays.

Due to COVID-19, UPS is charging an extra carrier surcharge of $31.40 for large packages over 71” in outside dimension (width + height). We are currently investigating other shipping options to avoid this additional fee.

Due to COVID-19, our non-glare acrylic will be temporarily unavailable due to a nationwide shortage. We still offer clear acrylic, heavy-duty acrylic and UV protective acrylic options and are working to find additional sources for our non-glare acrylic.

As we do our part to help keep communities safe from the spread of COVID-19 (especially as we watch a spike in new cases with great concern), we have been prioritizing orders for social distancing products. As a result, orders for our printing and framing services may experience:

  • Production delays of up to 14 days on top of our usual 2-3 days
  • Care Team response may take up to 5 business days to reply to inquiries – well outside our usual 1-2 business day response-time
