Very Good Value!
Great-looking framed mirror, custom size, quality frame, sturdy construction, and easy hanging hardware. Very good value for what I paid for it (with free shipping code), and this mirror should last me a long time!

I really like the weathered look of this frame. It goes well with my cross fox painting. The white brings out the blue of the snow in the twilight hours, and the rusty highlight of the frame compliment the fox.

Gem of a frame
I chose this to frame an 8 x 8" Ampersand panel support, the image being a one-off abstract using R&F pigment sticks I created during a 3-day workshop at R&F, Kingston, NY. It has taken me 3 years to decide which frame to use and, as I wish to keep the painting for myself instead of including it in my official line of paintings, I opted for a different look. This frame seems to make the painting sparkle, and I've hung it in my kitchen where I can see it whenever I enter the room.

Best match for a small abstract painting I created. I wanted a wider frame with a light neutral color--this was it.

The frame has a rustic feel and is going to go on a dark grey wall.

Is it possible to use this frame for a canvas painting?
Robin on May 31, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Yes, you can certainly use this for canvas. The frame is 1/2" deep and 4 1/4" wide, 3/4" canvas would work great and the width will conceal if it sticks out a little in the back of the frame. You may want to consider canvas clips to secure your canvas in the frame if it is in fact 3/4" deep.
