basic inexpensive frame
The extrusion is what was advertised. I'm not giving this high marks because the piece do not crisply align at the corners. No matter how much you even out and adjust the lengths ther is one corner that sticks out.

The frames are of a high standard and are at a very good price however they become not so good value when you add postage and packing to the final cost this is somthing that should be looked at as a customer that buys a a lot of frames from a No of suppliers

A very dangerous frame when it is sized large
The frame came with literally no instructions, despite that I still was able to figure out the intricate assembly. The frame is also aluminum and ended up slicing my knee open because it was so sharp and not sanded down. No more custom framing.

Basic Frame
This frame is a basic black metal frame, nothing fancy. Nice finish and color, easy to assemble. I opted to go to Tap Plastics to get an acrylic front instead of ordering it which saved a few dollars.

Was at first confusing putting together but after doing it once it was easy. I have done this about 6 times now. Well worth the price because I am using the frames to sell my photographs. Its important to keep the price to my customers low so they can afford a larger photo.

Clean lines with gentle rounded edges will frame a very large film poster (46"x62") perfectly. The fact that it is a metal frame means it should be able to support the size of the poster and plexiglass without sagging or breaking like the old wood one did.. I hope!

hi how thick is the backing ? how thick is the acrylic ? I have something I want to frame that is an 1/8th of an inch thick.

BEST ANSWER: Hello Micha! Unfortunately, our UV Protectant Acrylic is not non-glare or scratch resistant. We have Non-Glare acrylic with foam core backing as a separate item.
