Essential Job Functions:
- Demonstrate Leadership ability to assist Supervisor in directing employees in support of all the internal customers at Graphik Dimensions. Those needs include, but are not limited to, all customer order questions and needs, product quality issues, and constant management of primary stocking location levels.
- Expedite work by priority: rushes, oldest to newest tickets.
- Assist in training and cross-training new and existing employees.
- Aids in enforcing company policy, safety, quality and productivity guidelines
- Moving employees to different areas when needed.
- Assist the Supervisor with any inspection problems throughout the production area.
- To communicate with supervisor on a daily basis any anticipated problems with workload demands or schedule adjustments or any other problem with production, product, or personnel.

Responsibilities:

- Be the lion at the gate to ensure vibrant, consistent, omnichannel branding, and help drive our brands’ evolution

- Stakehold and lead our wildly talented Marketing squad of content creators – both in-house and contract, writers, designers and vendors across all channels (eCommerce, website, catalog, email, social media, direct mail, video, blog, et al)
- Inspire, direct and enhance the efforts of your creative team to generate collateral that they’re proud of, and that converts customers and clients into passionate lifetime brand ambassadors
- Possess a solid understanding of UX design principles and prototyping tools, and experience with UI/visual design capabilities

Receiving Agent & Inventory Control
The receiving clerk works in both distribution and warehouse departments. They are responsible for accepting, inspecting, stocking, and transferring all incoming shipments for Graphik Dimensions LTD. Receiving Clerks are to work efficiently with all warehouse staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspect and sign for all incoming shipments
- Making sure to accept all paperwork assigned to shipment
- Assist in unloading of shipments
- Open and inspect all materials accepted
- Making sure all items on invoices are accounted for and undamaged

Production/Distribution Supervisor
The Production / Distribution Supervisor position requires excellent focus, high energy and enthusiasm, forward-thinking, excellent problem solving, the ability to manage change, solid execution, and a commitment to safety to help the company meet financial objectives and exceed customer expectations.
