NICE FRAME
Nice picture Frame. Very natural looking. The assembler at pictureframes.com did a good job making sure the wood with the least defects showed in the front of the frame. (There is some big old knotholes on the back side which proves it was reclaimed wood.) The only drawback is the lip along the inner circumference of the frame casts a shadow on the picture if the light source is coming from the side.

I love these frames! This was the only time I've had one that was a little extra beat up on one edge, but I will still order again!

Picture of true love of my life, Sargieboy!
The only reason this gets a 4 1/2 star is because it came slightly ajar in the bottom, right hand of the frame. The company is sending me another frame, so that is good. We'll see how that comes. Otherwise, I love the frame.

Grey frame
This frame is wonderful. It was delivered and packaged nicely. I am disappointed my other frame has been lost without my knowledge.

Beautiful rustic barnwood frame complete with nail holes and wear marks.
I wanted a barnwood frame for a painting of two pigs that I had just finished and I needed it fast in order to get the painting photographed to enter into a show so I heard about this company and I went online and ordered it. I was amazed that the frame arrived four days later beautifully packed and exactly what I wanted. Terrific service, beautiful old barn wood. My only complaint is that the board that the painting is on almost doesn’t fit. I had to turn the board around and really tap it down to get it seated in the frame. Also the mitered edges don’t quite match up in the corners but I touched up the edge with a tiny dab of gray paint to hide a small piece of the cut edge. All in all very minor problems that worked out. This was very impressive service! Will definitely buy from this company again!

Excellent Product!
They are good looking and well made frames. The barn wood frames appear to be made from genuine vintage salvaged wood and have a great rustic look! They arrived well wrapped and packaged.

Warning: rough, splintery wood
Two stars because they look cool, plus I appreciate "eco" alternatives, but once I got them out of their (excellently-wrapped) packaging, I discovered that the wood's texture was left rough enough to have actual splinters on the edges. I tried to glue these with wood glue, or tried to sand down the rest.

For my own studio's art display purposes, I consider this almost acceptable. However, I will not buy any more of these, not will I sell any with my artworks, as long as there's even a chance that someone could potentially get injured!

Additionally, I did try to add images here, but could not upload them, even when I made them small. Grr :-/
