My initial delivery of the black wood grain floater frame arrived intact but with a noticeable swell on one side rendering it out of square by 1/8th of an inch. I contacted a customer service representative and my issues with the quality concerns were immediately addressed with earnest resolve and a swift product replacement. Well made wood frame, perfect fit and easy to install. I like that it is thin on the side and doesn't overwhelm the artwork. However, it is still sturdy.

This picture frame is awesome it’s beautiful unfortunately for me I was accidentally sent the wrong size but they made everything right and sent the right one and let me keep the one that was the wrong size so when I get a picture to put in it, I will post it but the company was great and easy to deal with, and sent me the correct frame very quickly
