Well Made
The Modern White Wood Picture Frame is well made, like all the other frames I have purchased from pictureframes.com. It came quickly and was well packaged with no damage. The frame also was able to handle eye screws and wire for hanging, although it did come with a sawtooth hanging hardware.

My favorite white frame.
I love this frame! I have used it a number of times (and will use it again). Its smooth white simplicity makes it a very versatile frame.

Glad that I found this company.
What is there not to like? It was well-priced, well- packaged (after I mounted the artwork in the frame, I used the same package to mail it on to the middle of Alaska). It seemed to take a long time for a wooden frame to be delivered to me but in these days, how would I know?

Good frame for basic needs
Solid frame and best deal I was able to find for this size (about 43" x 14"). Only complaint is that the hanging mechanism (hanging wire) causes the frame to "lean" away from the wall rather than sitting flush with it. Perhaps that's just because of how wide this particular frame is?

Fram Construction
Quality of frames is great, well mad and tight. No gaps at corners. Value is good but unless you are in a rush, wait for a sale. Customer service is excellent once you get through. They were not answering the phone or responding to e-mail, but the online chat rep took care of my problem instantly and went above and beyond.

High Quality Frames and Great Customer Service

Not worth the money
This $60 wood frame looks like something youd find at Walmart for $15. Not the same quality as the metal frames I have ordered from picture frames.

Keep looking, this place is not quality
Horrible craftsmanship of these frames. I ordered replacement frames and they were just as bad. If you think its a quality company, you are mistaken.
