Worth it from all angles.
Although the website can be a little wonky, eventually I was able to complete my order and the frames are perfect. Also very timely delivery.

Frame is perfect for the odd sized photograph I wanted hung. Packing and shipping were excellent. I particularly like that I can order custom mats and backing. The acrylic in lieu of glass makes the completed package much lighter and easier to hang.

Too deep for me but high quality
I had to add cardboard to the back and couldn't make the clips work at all but this is probably my shortcoming. All the frames I get here are first class.

Frame replaced
The frame arrived damaged and broken, totally un-useable on Friday. When I reported it, pictureframes.com jumped into action with both feet. They replaced it and sent it to arrive on the following Thursday. The replacement frame arrived in good condition. About a week later a representative from the shipping company came and collected the broken frame. I was able to get my painting into the art show.

The fact that they print this and mount the picture is fantastic. The choices of backing and protective front are wonderful to have, especially since they point out the differences based on expected lifetime of the picture frame.
