Very Good Quality
Very happy with the quality of the frame. Although I haven't had a chance to frame the original watercolor yet, sending an image of the work to be later framed.

Great custom frame
Second time Ive ordered. Great to be able to get a custom size for my handywork that I frame for gifts. Order was missing acrylic and foam core but customer service sent it on a rush order so I could give my gift on time. Well made frames.

cheap
I recently ordered 3 frames. I'm very disappointed of the quality of The Deep Cherry frame. it looks so cheap that you might as well go and buy the same quality frame cheaper from Michaels instead of waiting for 3 weeks to receive this one. The other 2 frames were ok, however every time I order a white frame, I always receive it dirty, with marks and scratches. I emailed customer service for a return or replacement but I haven't received a reply yet.
