Great except for the clips.
I liked very much the appearance of the frame and it's workmanship. However, the little spring clips to hold the backing and the picture in the frame did not work at all. Couldn't make them stay in the groove and could not get them to hold on. I had to resort to using needle nose pliers to stick little straight pins in the frame.

Good quality
The frame and mats were exactly as I expected, arrived quickly and undamaged. I do wish the inventory offered glass options instead of just plastic, but the plastic looks like glass when hanging on the wall.

Picture frame
PIcture frame was perfect and as we expected. Cheri helped us from your company. She was personable and helpful. The original clips that came with the frame did not work. Cheri sent us the other clips you had and they did not secure the picture in the frame either.

I love this frame; it has a slight rustic appearance from the distressing but it's also very classic looking and goes with many paintings
