Product Description

With a slightly distressed finish, this semi-matte black picture frame gives you a chic rustic look. Made from natural wood, its deep rabbet floats your canvas art up to 3/4", suspending and separating it from the frame for a simple, clean look.

We provide it all: brackets and screws to attach canvas to moulding, plus wire and heavy-duty D-rings for hanging.

Measuring Tip: measure canvas at the corners for accurate sizing to account for any warping.

Perfect Choice

I love this frame. I have used it for several paintings, because it complements various color palettes, and it's not too modern nor too traditional. It isn't too stark black, either. A perfect choice!

Nice Frame

These floating frames are great for my acylic and mixed media canvas paintings. They add depth and allow me to showcase the painted edges of the canvas. The distressed edges are a nice way to add further interest in an otherwise austere black frame.

Black distressed floater frame

The frame is well made. I like the distressed look because the frame doesn't feel as heavy as solid black and enhances the light colors in the artwork.

Looks beautiful!

The frame is beautiful. It has just the right amount of distress on the frame to add some "authenticity." It was simple to add the hanging hardware.

Giclee looks great frame

The black wood and simplicity of distressing works well with the giclee by NC artist Phlyletus Wright. The larger width frame might have worked better, but this was my first floater frame so I chose the minimalist approach. Lightweight wood.
