General Details

  • All offers end at midnight PST of the thru date.
  • Promotion codes cannot be combined. Only one code per order will be accepted.
  • Promotional codes must be entered where applicable for the offer to apply to the order.

Sitewide Offers

  • The type of items that will receive this discount are: custom paper prints, custom canvas prints, custom acrylic prints, custom metal prints, custom wood prints, custom paper print and frame presentations, and canvas print and frame presentations.

Dual Offers

  • Dual offers consist of a sitewide offer plus a shipping offer.
  • Dual offers are subject to minimum order values. The minimum order value will be listed as part of the promotion details.
  • The stated minimum order value requirement can apply toward the sitewide or the shipping portion of the dual offer. The portion of the dual offer that doesn't require a minimum order value will apply toward all orders.

Frame Specific Offers

  • Discount applies toward the frame moulding only. Moulding is the material (wood, metal, or upcycled wood fiber) used to create your frame.
  • This promotion excludes additional components such as Acrylic (glass substitute) & Foamcore Backing, Canvas Clips, Mats, Liners, and other accessories found on the website.

Free Item with Purchase

  • Free Print: To receive a free paper print, you must first purchase a Print & Frame presentation. The cost of the paper print included with the presentation will be deducted from final price via promotional code.
  • Free Item with Purchase offers can be applied toward created orders from pictureframes.com.

Clearance Sale Events

  • No code is necessary to receive the discounted prices. Items have been marked down on the website for the duration of the sale.
  • Promotional codes may be utilized to increase savings on manual markdowns.

Category Sale Exclusions

  • Some exclusive offers on frame categories, such as "25% Off Select Black Frames", only apply to a selection of frames in that category.

Finishing Kit Offers

  • Discounts apply towards Acrylic Front & Foamcore Backing kits when purchased in conjunction with a frame.
  • The Acrylic Front & Foamcore Backing Kits that this offer applies to include: Clear Acrylic & Foamcore Backing (CAF), Non-Glare Acrylic & Foamcore Backing (NGF), Heavy–Duty Clear Acrylic & Foamcore Backing (PCAF), UV Protective Acrylic & Acid-Free Foamcore Backing (PUV).
  • This promotion excludes frames that are not compatible with an Acrylic Front & Foamcore Backing such as Canvas Floater Frames.
  • Acrylic Front & Foamcore Backing offers can be applied toward created orders from pictureframes.com.

Incorrect Usage of Exclusive Promo Codes

Some of our promotional codes are designed for restricted use only. The use of these codes are limited to certain Customers, Businesses or Creative professionals. Any use of these codes that do not follow the pre-determined guidelines for using the codes will not be honored, and any discounts applied will be removed. There will be no exceptions to this rule.
